For their sophomore DisDat release, the ReSolute crew showcase three power-house artist who are no strangers to the warehouse dancefloors in Brooklyn, each using the DisDat platform to explore the fringes of forward-thinking house.
Thomas Melchior masterfully opens the EP with “Hillbilly High”, a mind-bending and intricate work that reminds us of his earlier days. Vincent Lemieux follows with “In Momo’s Jeep”, a deep, percussive mood-setter that marks Lemieux’s return to solo production after an extensive hiatus.
Barac crafts “Ordinary Conversations”, which is unquestionably no ordinary work, rather a sophisticated track with bright, bristling percussion and a bubbling bassline.
