Two decades following its original issue, Thomas Melchior is going back to the roots of Aspect Music by repressing « Forever Love », the label very first release featuring a couple of his most timeless productions together with Baby Ford (Peter Adshead) as Soul Capsule.
Soul Capsule, needless to be introduced anymore by being behind flawless yet ageless creations like “Lady Science”, “Law Of Grace”, or « Waiting 4A Way » just to name a few, not to mention the crazy performances they had all over the world, are doubtlessly one of the most mythical musical collaborations ever.
Delivering their magic on imprints like Baby Ford’s Trelik, Perlon and obviously Thomas’s Aspect – which they both actually launched it back in 2000 with the former version of « Forever Love » – this is here a long-awaited repress definitely pleasing all like- minded music lovers.
Original version of « Forever Love » is groovily opening up along an evolving rhythm adorned with popping out voice pieces (singular of Soul Capsule), getting deeper on A2 through a breakbeat-ish revisit in a F. Macmillan style.
Properly in charge of B-side under a couple of his numerous aliases, this is by himself as Softcore and alongside with Bruno Maman as Dark Boys that Thomas Melchior is granting his very own Aspect with these dazzling remastered versions of « Pluto Rising » and « Luv 2 B Right » in a 2020 manner.
Following this intense year of twenty-twenty, Thomas Melchior – known to be enraptured by life meaningfulness and selfless behaviors while spreading positiveness all over his socials – took some time to reissue this Aspect absolute gem in the righteous moment, whilst going beyond his musical zone by launching his own astrological consultations recently.
